Job summary

Storm Master Gutters is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping build a positive customer experience. The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, basic MS Office skills, and strong communication and data-entry abilities.

Work Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with an hourly rate of $16–$22. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and growth

Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service experience.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Enter call notes into the system accurately.
