Job summary

Storm Master Gutters, part of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking a Construction Customer Service Coordinator to connect homeowners, installers, sales, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate communication, document project details, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Ideal candidates have construction exposure and 1–2 years in customer service or coordination, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, gutters, remodeling, or related trades preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, project coordination, administrative, or construction support experience.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, and field personnel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, installers, and internal team members.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding scheduling, project updates, service requests, and customer inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions, job details, and project notes in company systems.
• Coordinate and support day-to-day project communication between customers and field teams.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and job records.
• Send emails, scan and organize project documents, and assist with customer and contractor web portals.
• Help resolve customer concerns and ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
