Job summary

The Kroger store in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to provide courteous customer service and efficient bagging at checkout. You will maintain a safe, clean environment and help customers carry bags to their cars when needed.

Responsibilities include bagging groceries, informing customers of specials, ensuring items are not damaged, and assisting with stock rotation and floor cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help customers with loading bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas.
• Clean spills and collect trash inside store and parking lot.
• Clean all areas inside and outside of store.
• Understand the store's layout and locate products.
