Job summary

You will help customers locate products, participate in stocking and merchandising, and engage shoppers with the Rewards program. This role requires a friendly attitude, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and enroll customers in Private Label Cards.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
• Maintain in-stock levels and appealing product displays.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to stay compliant.
