Job summary

UberPrints in Athens, GA is seeking a personable Customer Experience teammate to guide customers through design and ordering, using live chat, phone, and email to resolve questions and ensure smooth orders. You’ll work with production and procurement teams, learn our products, and deliver genuine service with autonomy and a passion for helping others.

Full-time with weekend availability preferred, starting rate $13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and communicate product details to customers.
• Guide customers through our process with targeted advice.
• Use problem-solving to resolve potential issues.
• Screen incoming orders for issues and coordinate solutions.
• Use phone, chat, and email to field inquiries.
• Coordinate with order fulfillment teams to resolve details.
• Empathize with customers to foster lasting relationships.
