Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers, vendors, coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to accurately count cash and make change.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, grasp and operate POS buttons.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Listen to customer requests or concerns and relay to management.
• Operate the cash register and provide correct change.
• Request ID for alcohol or tobacco as required by federal and state laws.
• Prepare coffee and food to Johnny’s standards.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform duties assigned by management.
