Total Wine & More in Mandeville, LA is seeking a Front End Team Member to help customers with fast, friendly checkout, answer questions, and promote our loyalty program. You will handle transactions, provide product knowledge, and maintain a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with product inquiries.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness, and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Assist with cross-functional duties as needed.
