Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently
• Understand POS system and handle tenders (Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP/EBT, WIC, rain checks, loyalty offers)
• Follow company policies on cash handling, loss prevention and restricted sale items
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay current with ads and promotions
