Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, process checkout, handle returns, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience at our Grapevine store. This role supports daily store operations and provides basic cash office tasks as needed.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, require strong math skills, and offer responsive service. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Process checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Answer the telephone according to company guidelines.
