Job summary

truenorth Convenience Stores is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service and support sales growth while maintaining safety and cleanliness inside and outside the store. You will engage customers, process transactions at the POS, and assist with food service duties as applicable.

This role requires reliability and basic numeracy; experience is not required. You may work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to operate POS and store equipment
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Minimum age 18 for alcohol sales (OH)

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in accordance with company standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
