Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is hiring a Cashier for the Duchess Team in Alliance. This role is available FT or PT, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn and grow in a busy retail environment.

You will greet customers, handle transactions using POS systems, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a clean, compliant store. Prior retail experience is helpful, but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote rewards programs to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
