Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the check lane
• Process transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently
• Understand the POS system and handle cash, checks, debit and credit
• Adhere to cash handling limits and protect against loss
• Follow guidelines for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco)
• Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator
• Stay current with ads and promotions
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures
