Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and interaction with customers, maintaining a clean store environment.
• Model customer service practices with internal and external customers.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and manage cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Support loss prevention efforts and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
