Foothills Bank is seeking a customer-focused team member for an in-person, 40-hour workweek. Responsibilities include processing transactions, cross-selling products, and delivering exceptional service in a busy branch environment.

You will attend training to learn bank products, work with management on promotional events, and ensure accurate handling of cash and customer interactions while maintaining a professional image and reliable attendance.

• Promote promotions and special programs as directed by branch management.
• Attend staff meetings and training to stay informed on offerings.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance during standard business hours.
• Assist with night drop and courier bag handling as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism in image, confidentiality, and attitude.
