Job summary

Huntington National Bank is hiring a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a financial concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs and recommending appropriate banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily activity, and deliver exemplary service while educating customers about deposit products and referring them to other bank areas to deepen connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is acceptable.
• Experience in customer service or military service in related roles is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
