Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits and other banking products, and processing transactions accurately.

You will educate customers on deposit products, balance daily transactions, and support colleagues with a customer-first approach. This role offers in-office work with potential flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year customer service or military admin experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year customer service in banking or financial services; cash handling experience; comfortable with mobile/online banking tools.

Responsibilities
