Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge. The role focuses on retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately while educating customers on banking services and technology. You will resolve issues, educate on deposit products and lending, grow relationships through proactive outreach

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales (military admin roles acceptable).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred as alternative qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate competence in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer/business lending, communication and presentation.
