Job summary

Louisiana National Bank is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions in a friendly, professional manner. You will balance cash, handle a variety of transactions, and promote bank products at the point of service.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between LNB locations as needed. This position may be full-time or part-time and includes weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of prior customer service experience.
• Valid and unencumbered Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation to report to work during scheduled hours.
• Ability to travel to different LNB locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions.
• Accurately balance cash drawer and maintain records of transactions.
• Process checks, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments as needed.
• Identify counterfeit currency and resolve customer inquiries.
• Follow Teller policies and adhere to all banking regulations.
