Job summary

The Kroger family of companies is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to create an outstanding customer experience at the Asheville Hwy Knoxville location. You will bag groceries at checkout, help customers with loading bags, and maintain a clean store while ensuring safety and compliance with food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at check out for customers.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bascart for checkout.
• Help customers load bags into their car when needed.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and return merchandise to shelves.
• Inform customers of grocery specials and locate products.
• Maintain clean store and parking lot; handle spills and trash.
• Adhere to safety and food safety regulations; report unsafe conditions.
