Kroger is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to create outstanding customer experiences and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment. You will bag groceries, assist customers with loading, and keep shelves stocked while following Kroger's safety and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Help customers load bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas.
• Clean spills, collect and pick up trash inside store and parking lot.
• Keep all areas inside and outside of store clean.
• Understand the store's layout, locate products and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Adhere to safety programs and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs.
• Answer questions regarding products sold within the store.
