Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Customer Experience & Automation Manager to support families through enrollment while improving the systems behind it.

This role blends customer service, enrollment, technology, and automation. You will guide families through registration and subsidy processes and help optimize CRM workflows.

You’ll join a collaborative team focused on a high-touch, family-centered experience and operational excellence.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, enrollment, or other client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital systems and technology platforms.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with a team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for families via phone and email.
• Guide families through registration, enrollment, scheduling and required documents.
• Process registrations including billing, scheduling, and account setup.
• Follow up with prospective families to complete enrollment.
• Develop expertise in childcare subsidy and tuition assistance programs.
• Explain subsidy eligibility, applications, recertification, and documentation requirements.
• Track subsidy-related progress and communicate next steps.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subsidy policies and deadlines.
• Generate reports using CRM and enrollment systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support enrollment growth.
