Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers cheerfully, assist with questions, and ensure quality service.
• Retrieve, maintain, and manage shopping carts efficiently.
• Help customers load groceries into vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, store entrance, and inside the store.
• Monitor safety issues, especially at entrances and exits.
• Assist with bagging groceries, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment if trained and over 18.
• Keep the sales floor and sidewalks clear of hazards and snow/ice.
• Report repairs, unsafe conditions, and supply needs to management.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and improve performance.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required.
