Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service, Marketing, or similar customer-facing role is PLUS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact.
• Meet with customers in assigned territories.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services and other customer service-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to identify sales opportunities for both new and existing accounts.
• Engage in internal training programs to enhance knowledge of product offerings.
