• No experience is required; full training is provided from day one.
• Must be able to work at least 4 days per week, including weekends.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and serve as the first point of contact.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot basic account or service issues.
• Help customers navigate account setup and updates.
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that fit customer needs.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
