Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise sound judgement.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Must have up-to-date food handling certificates where required by location.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers with eye contact.
• Conduct POS activities accurately and safely for all payment types.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms and pumps.
• Prepare food and beverages and manage foodservice to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check prices and distribute delivered goods to shelves and displays.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures per local regulations.
• Observe safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
