Qualifications

• Passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is an asset; education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with standing, lifting, and variable conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s standards.
• Welcome and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm for products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise with high presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and signage.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and equipment use policies.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and support team members as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
