Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Holbrook, AZ to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a part-time position with duties including unloading trucks and maintaining store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked, unload trucks, and replenish merchandise.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
