Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents is required.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service, relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors cleaned, trash removed, and areas neat and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
