Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Celina, TN store on a part-time basis. You will assist customers with questions, manage the cash register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

You will also unload merchandise and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment for customers and teammates. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining professional interactions with leaders and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
