Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Customer Relations Associate in Michigan. You will greet customers, provide information, and guide buying decisions while maintaining a clean, stocked store environment.

You will also handle returns, process refunds or exchanges, and promote programs including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup. The role requires strong communication, basic math for transactions, and the ability to operate a POS system.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Handle merchandise with care and process returns/refunds/exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and follow store policies.
• Promote programs and memberships to customers.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks as required.
