Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide an engaging shopping experience and assist customers with questions and recommendations. You will handle sales at the register, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and help unload trucks as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. This is a part-time on-site position with opportunities for growth and tips where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment; bathrooms, floors, and rest areas.
