Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, stock shelves, and help with unloading trucks while keeping the store clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and moving.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock and recover merchandise; unload trucks when needed.
• Keep the store clean, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
