Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

The role involves unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and ensuring safety and professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members. Part-time position located at 7230 Muncaster Mill Road, Derwood, MD 20855-1215.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
