Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in our Catonsville store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise from trucks.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time hours are available in a busy retail environment with meal and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
