Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to provide excellent shopping experiences. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting stock replenishment and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience. Physical duties include lifting and standing for extended periods. This position is part-time and located in Owings Mills, MD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading/stock replenishment.
