Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience and assist customers with questions and recommendations. You will manage transactions at the register, help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks for replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Perform other assigned duties.
