Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Middle Village store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help with stocking and merchandise recovery.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, store cleanliness, and safety. Ideal candidates have prior retail or service experience and can lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep bathrooms and common areas clean and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
