Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Mission Viejo seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle sales at the register, and keep the store clean and stocked.

You’ll also unload trucks and ensure safety and professional interactions with customers and team members. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions with assigned cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
