Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service and register sales.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale and upsell; assist with stock and merchandising.
• Process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds as needed.
• Maintain clean counters and shelves, price merchandise, and update records.
• Assist with photo area services (digital passport photos, posters, prints) and web order pickups.
• Support exterior and interior store maintenance and comply with policies.
