Job summary

Walgreens is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service at the checkout and throughout the store in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, operate the register, and ensure accurate transactions.

You’ll also handle photo services, web pickup orders, shelf maintenance, and in-store merchandising to create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash registers, process purchases, returns, exchanges, and manage cash accurately.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves, and perform stock rotation.
• Handle photo area services, digital passport photos, and promotional photo products.
• Assist with web pickup orders and deliver orders to customers upon arrival.
• Support store operations, asset protection procedures, and adherence to policies.
