Qualifications

• Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food handling knowledge or willingness to learn meat products and cuts.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner at the counter and throughout the store.
• Answer customer questions about products, cuts of meat, preparation tips, and pricing.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including in-store and phone orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and display cases.
• Handle cash register transactions, including cash, card, and change handling.
• Collaborate with butchers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
