Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Flexibility to meet business needs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high retail standards to deliver in-store experience.
• Initiate conversations with customers to assess interests and suggest products.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and recommend suitable products.
• Promote the rewards program and drive loyalty sign-ups.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Handle transactions accurately and adhere to POS policies.
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures.
