Englefield, Inc. is seeking Duchess Team Member FT/PT-I71 & Polaris Pkwy to deliver a great customer experience at multiple locations. You will welcome customers, process transactions, and maintain a clean store while supporting inventory and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
