Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior retail or food-service experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures; CPR/First Aid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at checkout.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash, credit, and refunds per policy.
• Maintain store presentation, signage, and merchandise freshness.
• Prepare and handle self-serve foods/beverages; follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility and assist with shift duties.
