Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers with a friendly face and a warm welcome. You will handle orders, prepare meals, operate the register, and assist with fuel and gift-card activities in a busy store environment.

As part of a beloved brand, you will contribute to a culture of people-first service and teamwork, ensuring shelves are stocked, stores remain clean, and customers leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages and pizzas, and keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, fresh, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning and tidying.
