The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• May be required to assist with unloading trucks and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform cleaning and restocking of bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
