Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Centralia, MO seeks a Customer Service Operations Analyst to elevate customer experiences by becoming the subject matter expert for SAP, EDI, and Power BI. You will deliver insights to improve Hubbell’s customer service and drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong data analysis, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and reporting for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT related fields preferred or 3–5 years’ work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a similar Data Analyst/Business Analyst function.
• Advanced Excel and SAP experience.
• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI, Power Automate and other Office 365 software.
• Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query M.
• Familiarity with EDI—including VANs, ANSI X12, and SAP iDocs and other related fulfillment software.
• Experience with project management and processing documentation.
• Ability to travel for business related activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use Power BI, SAP Onbase and other applications to create and organize data ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Support a variety of analytical solutions by conducting complex data analysis and detailed reporting.
• Assist with the research, development, and implementation of new business solutions.
• Analyze EDI—Electronic Data Interchange and any client reported support issues, determine root cause, and apply corrective action.
