Job summary

Sardi's is seeking a friendly Lobby Ambassador to greet guests, provide exceptional service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere in our lobby. You will be the first point of contact and assist customers with questions, orders, and directions while maintaining a neat and inviting space.

This role emphasizes upselling, teamwork, and thoughtful hospitality. You will handle phone inquiries, guide guests through the store, ensure food safety practices, and help deliver a memorable dining

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to upsell products and explain offerings clearly.
• Excellent communication and welcoming demeanor.

As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact with while dinning in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create + build relations by speaking about us, our food + our team with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests!

• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products

• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)

• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable!

• Answer the phone in a friendly matter

• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return

• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
