Job summary

Carter's is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers and guide them through our baby and children's products. You will help customers select outfits, explain current promotions, and participate in omnichannel sales to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

In a fast-paced, friendly environment, you’ll support stock replenishment, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assist omnichannel shopping as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues and balance multiple customers in a busy store.
• Process point-of-sale transactions.
• Restock floor and shipments as needed.
