Responsibilities

• Light accounts receivable and administrative duties.
• Assist with shop day-to-day operations and coordination.
• Receptionist duties, welcome visitors and direct inquiries.
• Input customer information into computer systems accurately.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and route inquiries or concerns.
• Outbound calls to update customers about repairs and insurance status.
• Maintain filing systems for insurance partners (digital and hard copy).
• Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcriptions.
